BOOKING

For the rental of the catamaran, we need a 50% deposit (50% ofthe total rental price).
The balance will be paid directly to the charter company within one month before your departure.
Extras and additional options are to pay directly to the charter company at the boarding place.
If the period to book is less then a month (you mean the rental period less than 1month / the starting date of the rental period within less than 1 month from the date or reservation), the deposit to pay will be 100% of the rental price.
You can pay safely via credit card, Paypal or bank transfer. The Boat will be confirmed at the final payment.

RENTAL OR LEASE AGREEMENT

The charter agreement is signed between the Client and the charter company. All documentation is sent by email when booking the boat.
The charter agreement is written in the language of the charter company, usually in English for foreign companies.
Only for Italian charter companies, the charter agreement is written in Italian.

The rental price includes the use of the boat with all basic, electronic and safety equipment and includes assistance from the charter company throughout the rental period.
The rental price does not include: fuel, final cleaning, galley, transport costs and the transfer of the customer to the departure and arrival base, expenses in ports or at anchor and tourist taxes.
According to the various departure bases or the various Boats, it is necessary to add to the rental price some Mandatory Options indicated in the quote or in the Boat card.
It is possible to add Extras to the rental price which, depending on the various charter companies, can be included in the rental price or can be paid for, such as kayak, sup, diving mask and fins, outboard motor of the tender. , sheets, towels, barbecue, gas bottle.
All boats offered by BoatBooking are insured, as they are used by charter companies for rental and professional leasing. A security deposit is almost always required before boarding.

SKIPPER -HOSTESS

The skipper is in charge of navigation and safety on board.
The skipper sleeps on board in his personal cabin, orin the dinette and shares the galley with the customer.
The skipper does not cook and does not take care of the cleaning of the catamaran. This service is carried out by a Hostess (or a cook) who provides breakfasts, lunches and dinners, cleans the Catamaran and its cabins.

RENTAL PERIOD AND HOURS

In high season the rental of the Catamaran is always weekly from Saturday to Saturday and it is difficult to offer a rental for a weekend or midweek.
In the weekly charter, we usually check-in and depart in the late afternoon on Saturday, and then return to the port the following Friday evening. Then you check out, sleep in the catamaran and leave it Saturday morning.
In non-Mediterranean destinations, rentals can be more flexible such as inthe Caribbean where also midweekor 10-day rental periods are offered.

CONTACT DURING RENTAL

The contact person for the charter always is the charter company where the Catamaran was hired and the charter agreement was signed. For any emergency or for the resolution of any unforeseen events, thecharter company provides assistance. Once the reservation is confirmed, the references of the manager and the person who takes care of the check-in are communicated.

NAVIGATION ITINERARIES

There are no fixed itineraries. Once the reservation has been made, it is possible to define the itinerary you want to select together with the crew.
The itinerary may be subject to change depending on weather and wind conditions.
In case of rental of the Catamaran with skipper, it is possible to discuss the itinerary with him, following his indications and his advice, deriving from the knowledge of the sea area, ports and bays.
